What FORM-A captures, who must file it, statutory deadlines, and the penalties SECP imposes for late or defective returns.
Every company registered under the Companies Act, 2017 in Pakistan is required to comply with statutory filings set by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Among the most critical of these is the annual submission of FORM-A (Annual Return of a Company).
This statutory return captures the operational, legal, and shareholding status of a company, keeping SECP records up to date and maintaining good corporate standing.
